Circuits Integrated Hellas (CIH) was founded on October 15, 2018 as an Idiotiki Kefalaiouxiki Etaireia (IKE), delivering RF and semiconductor design services to clients in telecommunications and SatCom. Initially operating as a boutique design firm, the company’s model centered on custom solutions and contract development.
A first significant transition occurred with the company’s admission into the ESA BIC Greece incubation program, which began on April 1, 2022. This official recognition as a “startup company” under ESA’s program marked the onset of CIH’s product-focused journey. During the incubation period, CIH defined its IP roadmap, initiated internal platform development, and began securing partnerships for scalable commercial offerings.
The definitive pivot occurred in April 2025, when CIH transformed into a Société Anonyme (SA)—a move explicitly intended to enable equity-based investment and product commercialization. This change coincided with the launch of Kythrion™, CIH’s flagship Ka-band Antenna-in-Package (AiP) platform for SatCom, publicly announced on May 19, 2025.
