CI designs, manufactures and distributes the next generation proprietary Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) for SatCom on-the-move, naval, automotive, IoT and 5G applications.
A novel and proprietary CI architecture is used to drive either one of two outputs, ideal for controlling transmission in right or left hand polarization modes. Achieving high isolation between the two outputs at uncompromized performance it replaces typical discrete implementations utilizing two power amplifiers and a single pole dual throw switch. This integration addresses interfaceing issues while mantaining small form factors, making it ideal for deployments in transmit phase arrays.
Designed in GaAs it currently addresses 2.5W (CISWPAG25KA) and 4W (CISWPAG40KA) power levels for the K-a band TX ground segment.
